Harrasment for New LPG Connection

Harressment for the past 4 months for new connection.Visited the office more than 10 times.1st, no new connection available.2nd a month after, no regulartor available.3rd time, change in affadavit for ration card even after being verified earlier & said OK.4th times, inspection charge of Rs250 charged.5th, after 1 month forced to apply online(waiting since then 24599).At last forced to take non-subsidized LPG.Told will be converted to subsidized after 3 months once new connection is released.Forced sale of cylinder trolley for Rs.215 which is available in the market at Rs.150. The item is still pending dispatch. Reason cited as non-availability, but money already taken in advance.An Evita Inditech of poor quality was sold forcefully at Rs.2333.33 which is available in the market at Rs.1500.Request for denying to take was revert back with rude behaviour & threatening not to give a connection at all.
