Dear Sir,
I have two AC’s of LG and both these AC’s are covered under AMC regularly .
One of my AC of 1 Tonne broke down and we lodged a complaint with LG service centre dated 26.05.2012 & your technicians visited my place dt. 27.05.2012 and declared Compressor is damaged .
After lot of telephonic reminders LG people took my AC for repairs to service centre dated 29.05.2012 and till date AC has not been repaired.
Even after submitting verbal/written complaints after 20 days we are unaware when will repaired AC will be sent back to my house resulting in sufferings faced by me even after getting the AMC done.
So i request repaired AC shall be returned to my home at the earliest.I also submit that i should be paid compensation amount for sufferings i faced.
