I would like to complaint against above mentioned shop owener Mr. KrushnaKumar Arora. Bcz I purchased one shoe pair from his shop 15/02/2012 with one year replacement warranty. When I gave him that shoe pair due to sol problem. As it was in warranty i gave it for sol replacement on 3/6/2012. He told me that shoes will be ready within 10 days. When I met him on 14/06/2012 he told me that I will give you shoes on 18/06/2012. When I went to him on 18/06/2012, he again told me come on 25/06/2012. When I met him on 25/06/2012 he told me come tommorrow. I asked confirm date but he argued me shouted on me rudely. Then I sent my brother on 28/06/2012 then he told him come tommorrow as shoes are in godown which is away from shop. So Come tommorrow. Today my brother went to him, he asked Rs.120 to him. Then my brother told me as it is in warranty I will not give you money. Then that owener argued with him and said that I don;t know you, bring receipt then I will give you. After showing the receipt again he argued that I have brown sol you have take only that sol. But my shoes were black. So as cheated me I want to complaint against him.
