Harrasment by Vodafone collections agent on self family and women

Dear Sir,

I am unfortunately a vodafone customer, bearing numbers 9160205007 and 9966505007 (In Hyderabad – Andhra Pradesh). In december 2012 I have reqeusted for disconnection of my numbers to a vodafone agent, however, till date the disconnection has not been done and I and my family members are being harrased by the agent with abusive language and making a fuss at my home. I would like to seek your help in getting me out of this situation. I would be eagerly waiting to see your response on the same.

Even after repetative requests by me and my family to disclose the agent’s name and id, he is denying, the number from which i am getting a call is 09581898676.
