Harrasment

This is to inform you that on the name of “MODEL ARCHITECT CRAFT” address “515, Ghitorni Village, New Delhi 110030” I had booked one request for telephone & broadband connect on the first week of December 2012 and submitted the required documents & cheque through courier to Bhikaji Cama Place and same had been processed by them. Your Bhikaji Cama Place MTNL department booked my connection and issued OV Number. 978 & CA No. 2033292502.
Now problem is that till date my connection is not installed on the ghitorni address so to trace that several time I went to the chattarpur telephone exchange and they are telling me this OV number is not showing in their computer but as per MTNL Bhikaji it is showing.
Now I feel like pendulum and oscillating between MTNL Bhikaji & Chatarpur but no result is coming, chatarpur exchange people now saying that take the booking fees of Rs.500/- back from Bhikaji MTNL & again book it in ASOLA.
Now after all this again I had applied for new connect and paid the fee of Rs.500/- and got the order on 19th February 2013 with CA no. 2033294471 & phone no. 26503696 but again facing the problem as they are replying that they dont have wire to give the line to me.

After so much of harassment and time waste it is my request you to kindly look into this matter on priority basis and do the needful.
