After using Reliance Telecom Services for 10years as Reliance Cdma Customer. Being a loyal reliance customer, I recently submitted a request with the customer care to port my cdma no. 9331067494 to gsm without changing the network. Its been last 10 days they disabled my cdma and didn’t activated the gsm one. Whenever i call customer care they say they didn’t received the document that i submitted with their reliance customer outlet. And when i ask customer care outlet they say they had dispatched the documents and there is a problem going on in their server regarding which they had mailed to their head office and the problem will be resolved soon. Hence, its been a week after that but the problem is not resolved yet and i am suffering problem in my business sector since the no. being my official no. and has been given to all my clients and colleagues.
