Dear Sir,
I have availed the HDFC Cr. card, i used for the month of May and June. By mistake May payment got delayed, i thought will be clear in June Bill. I got the due date on 21st June , however I am receiving calls from the HDFC Cr. card department which are harrashing like any thing.. I told them i will make the payment on 21st however they are harrashing me. I have already lodged the complaint 2 time with HDFC Bank but i think no action has been taken yet by the bank on their employee. I am start feeling i made some crime.. i am not understanding what to do on this.
