Harrashment by Flipkart

Dear Sir 

I have ordered one Crompton geyser on 21st Dec-18(OD114215204540524000) fore the first time. On 26th Dec-18, I have received one cartoon which contains some cartoon pack, cell tape etc…

After complaining to the customer care, they have cancelled the order and again I had placed another booking on 27th Dec-18(OD114275309139935000) which supposed to reach my pace on 1st Jan-2019.Mr Mohammad was contacted me for the first time after this complain on 27th Jan-18 and assured me that the correct product will be delivered on time .

But unfortunately the delivery was not happened on time. It is got delivered on 3rd of Jan-2019. But the product was used one/ faulty one. which contains water ,that means it was using somewhere and delivered at my place after dismantling from that place.

Again after the complain Mr Navin( from CEO escalation team) was contacted to me and asked for some more time to deliver the correct product.

In the mean time the replacement product reached nearest HUB of my location on 7th Jan-19, and since that day my life became hell.

Everyday logistic person is calling and they are behaving unprofessionally, rude voice and even they are threatening to my family that how come you have complained that damaged/ used  product is got delivered.

On 8th Jan again I had been contacted by Mr Navin, that the due to All India Strike, they are unable to deliver the product , but rest assured it will be delivered by 9th Jan or in the worst case it will be delivered by 10th Jan-19.
Suddenly I got a mail today( 10th Jan) at around 2:30am, that as per my request your replacement product is cancelled. But I had not done this while I had contacted the Support team & Mr Mohammed Kafeel Ahmed (from support team only) of Flipkart,they told it is automatically cancelled by the system as per their policy, that they  have contacted thrice to the customer , but customer didn’t responded . So the item has been cancelled.
But fact is they had contacted thrice( on 7th,8th & 9th) and every time my wife spoken to them(received call phone call snap from the phone)snap attached ) and Logistic team was telling to her that mam we are just leaving the office and we will be at our door step within 2 hour on everyday. But no one has came. 
 

 

My concern.

I had done the payment on 21st Dec-18. but till now I have not received the correct product till now. 
Flipkart tried 3 attempt in these 20 days, but they failed.
Even logistic person has threatened and  done misbehave to my family as I have done the complain that I have not received the correct product.
Flipkart is harassing me since last 20 days.
Even Flipkart thinking that each & every customer of Flipkart is a beggar ,that`s why they have given me a Rs 100/- good will gesture in a kind of BHIK, while I had asked for a proper compensation for all this.
 After being escalated the case to the CEO level, I have not received any justice till date.
I need proper justice.

 

Also I am attaching the the proof.

1- 1st order which contains cartoon pack.

2- 2nd order which is a faulty /used/ damaged product.

3- the proof of 7th,8th & 9th Jan discussion with EKART logistic team , where FLipkart is claimed that customer did not responded.
