harrashment and threatned by Aircel

Dear Sir,

I am pankaj goyal and post paid user of Aircel . My no. is – 7503041990 . I got call from your customer care no. in first week of june 2013 that credit limit is exceed and ask me to deposit the amount against bills. I requested them to arrange the bills for last 3 months on my mail ID as i was not getting the bills. They assured me that in couple of hours i will get the bills. But despite of follow up i did not get the same and Outgoing was barred by Aircel. With repeated SMS for payment , i deposited the payment of Rs. 600 against total outstanding of Rs. 542. But i was completely shocked that after depositing of amount incoming calls also blocked. dated 30th June 2013 i called up again to Aircel customer care no. – 9716012345 for resolving the issue . I was completely furstrued with Aircel customer care executive instead of solving the matter and just giving me execuse.

Firstly asked me to deposit more amount Rs. 542 again after that services will be release. I asked for details but he failed to provide the details and asked me rudely that your services will be released . I asked the question for the same regrading this switching mode then there were no answer by him. Then i asked him to transfer to senior but he refused the same asked me that if you want to talk to senior you can go ahead , but we will not release the services what you can do , do the same and where you can complaint , do the same.

Regarding the same so many times i have sent the complaint to Aircell mail ID for action against executives and asked to provide the bills,but there was no response from them and just suspended my no. also. Today again i got the call from Aircel legal department with abusing language and threatned me to deposit the payment ,otherwise they will file the complaint in court against cheating.

This is the completely unacceptable behaviour and required action over there. I had no option to knock the door of consumer court. As even though of deposit of payment incoming call was blocked by Aircel which is completely showing the just 420 ( fraud & cheating ) behaviour of AIRCEL.

So, hopefully action will be taken to AIRCEL on this bad behaviour and fraud and cheating.
