Sir,On 06.04.13 I have lodge a complint online and on that day a Madam has called me from Airtel Digital Tv and asked why I lodge a complaint to you.After that she asked me what is my problem.I told him brifely,that from 12.03.13 I had applied for Ala Carte service and still now it is not activated when my airtel account is not suspende due to balnce,but now my balance is end after that madam told me that you have to recharge at first and then we will take action otherwise we will not taken any action till you complained at consumer forum.Then I asked to Madam that when my account is not suspended due to blance on that time why you not started my service from 12.03.13 she had not given any answer and behave rudely to me to recharge at first.Sir I want to low cost fro my digital Tv so I want activate Ala carte service but they told at first again u recharge high amount once more and then we will take action also I asked to Madam if I recharge now will you promise me that u will activate my service within 24 hrs she had not given me any answer.So sir I request to you please take serious action against them.
