Hi,
I would like to complaint for Tikona WIFI services.
Approximately 3 yrs back I used the services of Tikoona which degraded eventually. Even after my repeated complaints no action was taken. Later they stop the services in my area and my dues was clear till used period. Now I use to get call from them for recovery which make no sense as they have stop the services and they are asking to pay more. Now every month I get threat calls from many place in India asking me to pay 3000+ INR. Please help as this is simply harrasing. I tried to explain them but they still do the same.
Kindly help me with best possible solution as this getting into my nerves. Just to add up the services is stop for almost 2 yrs back.
