HardWare Replacement

Name of company/service: Dell

My speakers were not working. I asked to Dell customer care resolve my problem. They were saying, we are not replace any hardware, you need to purchase new hardware. My concern is, my laptoop have warranty. why should I purchase?.

Please help me in this case.
