I have Ordered: Dell Vostro 1540 Ci3/2 GB/500 GB/Linux(Complete Cover Warranty and Branded Backpack ) (1 qty) – in last year june-2012 from flip-cart .com online .after one month its start problem in working and its hard disc (500gb) is damage I compliant to flip cart customer care they told me only one month Warranty form our side u call dell customer care I call the dell customer care and register my compliant they they agree to change or replace damage hard dice and his service engineer give me service at 3-09-2012 and change hard disc (500gb) . but after 11 month same problem is arise and damage hard disc (500gb) I call the customer care(18004252069) they told me your Warranty period will be expire so we cannot give you any service .
But I think why the same problem is arise in my laptop to damage hard disc (500gb) I think my laptop is default product due to that its create a problem in several times due to that I loss very important data two times in a year. I want, please give me another new laptop of same specification or replace with good condition laptop . .I kindly request you please consider my issue and do the needful action.
