Harassment/Worst Service

Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband

Here is an extract of the complaint and the agonies other customers like me go through after they subscribe to Tikona. The height of the matter was when I got a threat call of a court case in case I fail to pay the bill.WTF?

Dear Mr. Sunil Nair,

This is to bring to your notice that I have been facing frequent disconnections/downtimes since the past two weeks and am very frustrated with your service. Out of sheer frustration, I have to write to you just to make sure this issue reaches the higher authorities as I don’t see my issue getting resolved by your custom service. I feel you should be aware of the state of your customer service. I apologize for any harsh words used below but hope you understand how frustrating it can get for the customers using your service.

In spite of repeated calls to your customer care service to get the issue resolved, I have either been given false promises of sending an engineer to check my INTERNET connection or being dropped from the queue. On occasions the technical support agent would inform about calling me in an hour and never calls back later. They were supposed to send an engineer in the last week to get the installed unit checked here, but till date there is no news about the engineer landing up at my place to resolve the issue.

My internet connection problems are still not resolved permanently and I see this as a mental harassment by your support team and want to take it up to the higher authorities.Sorry for being blunt here but is this some kind of cheating going on?I have realized that I won’t be getting a refund of the installation charges in case i wish to discontinue with your service. It’s just been over a month that I am using your service and sorry to say it is no way up to the mark considering all these frequent disconnections and downtimes. It’s surprising how your installation guys are quick at the installation but your customer service is so pathetic.Just into the second month, I am forced to think If this is some kind of scam to rob the installation fee from the customer so that you guys can at least make a profit over it when anyway your service won’t work over a month!!

I would really like to have a permanent solution to this problem. FYI my customer ID is 1105844416
