Harassment to the customer in issuing checque Book

Dear Sir,
I am very sorry to inform you the following facts for your kind intervention so that the customer are not harassed due to the negative motivation of the BM, Sodepore and customer satisfaction is not denied :

1. I am a senior citizen Central Govt. Pensioner drawing Pension during more than last 12 years from the said bank.
2. It is noticed recently that the BM, is not paying any attention to any complaints of the customer rather he is harassing the customer whenever any complaint is raised.
3. During last two months I have given requisition for one cheque Book for my own use till date it is not supplied he is advising me to withdraw by Withdrawal Slip .
4. Perhaps it is not known to him that Cheque is not used only for Withdrawal purpose and I have to face a worst situation for not having the cheque Book.
5. I have admitted to Dishan Hospital and could not cleared my dues at the time of discharged because I have not having cheque Book. I had to borrow money from my relatives to cleared the dues of Hospital though I had money in the Bank.
6. Due to my old age and having some health hazards ,I have some restriction and I could not move with out companion and I pay Telephone Bill,EMI of different House maintenances etc by cheque.
In this circumstances I would request your kind intervention to look into the matter so that customers are not harassed in supplying cheque Book & Pass Book in future.
