I purchased a portable speaker from snapdeal on 29 Jan… Order no-1641972628
When i recieved the product it was faulty so
I made a reverse pickup and asked for an exchange..
Its 20th march today and i havent recieved my speaker back again.. I have called snapdeal a number of times they just ask for more time.. i am seriously fed up with this kind of behaviour..
I have also asked for a refund but there is no mail recieving at my side asking for my account no.
Please take a serious step against them and help my product deliver to me..
