Harassment in service and non refund of booking amount

Name of company/service: Neeta Tours and Travels

I had a bus booking in Neeta Bus for 2nd Sept’13 from Udupi to Mumbai. They did not inform me earlier and cancelled the bus. On enquiring their call center i came to know about the same and the Neeta representative talked to me very rudely.I managed to get an ticket in other bus by paying extra money.till today, i have not received the booking refund from Neeta. the ticket was booked online in Neeta official website.
