harassment in migration of postpaid connection to prepaid connection.

Sir, I have a postpaid connection No. 9850077035 of Idea network from 2010. now i want to shift to prepaid and accordingly all required documents like present light bill, PAN Card for ID proof, migration and application form of idea were submitted But the retailer has returned the same saying submit the earlier address proof and ID proof. Once present ID proof and Present my own house electricity bill submitted i think there no required for old ID/address proof.
moreover, in my earlier plan of 249 CUG houseful plan 400 SMS was free to any mobile. in my present bill,SMS charges charged after asking it is said that free SMS are only between IDEA TO idea.
