I purchased a Zync tablet from HS 18 on 26 Feb 13. I paid on cash on delivery. after opening i found that the audio system is U/S. On contacting HS 18 they told me to go to repair centre, and on insisting they told me that your set will be replaced. again my set was taken back for replacement, but to my surprise i found that my set was repaired and this time audio was OK but SIM slot was not working. I again contacted HS 18 & this time they told me that they will refund my money. since then more than 1 month gone but i did not get my money. when finally i got my cheque on 26 apr 13, i was surprised to know that the HS18 has stopped the payment for that cheque. on being asked by me to speak to some manager level person to raise me concern they refused. my money of Rs 6990 is still in dark.
