Harassment by company by not providing services as promised and cheating by customer care executives and dealer also

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchased a MTS datacard connection (Datacard no. 8459207762) on 16/06/14 from cosmos Enterprises, DA-6, Shakarpur, Main Vikas Marg, Delhi – 110092. At the time of purchase dealer promised for the speed of 9.8 mbps and also same was mentioned on the promos of MTS. My connection was started from company’s end on 19/06/2014. Till that time i regularly get upset by the speed of my datacard and regarding the same i have logged complaint to customer care on 22/06/2014 and till that time i have not get any satisfactory resolution. I have informed them for location visit also but nobody visited my location and reply that your complaint has been resolved from our end.
However the network issue at my location was ramain same. On 28/06/2014 at 05:46 P.M. i got a call from mobile number 9136079609 on behalf of MTS customer care. That person informed me that if you are not satisfy with our services than returned your datacard at delaler’s place. He told me that as per company policy you can return your datacard within 15 days in case of non-satisfaction.
On the basis of his reply, i have visited the dealer’s premises but they refused to return my datacard and told me that there is no such policy of returning the datacard and also misbehaved.

Please look forward in this matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
