I am writing this complaint on behalf of my Company Samsung Heavy Industries India Private Limited. A mobile number 9899219846 was taken last month. Since the usage is very high a request was placed to increase the credit limit. However, the same was not executed as mobile company’s record contains an email id mapped to this account different from the email id from which the request was sent. A written request was forwarded to change the email id under the company seal, however, mobile company requires the request to be made on email and from the same email id which is mapped to this account. However, no such email id exists.
On request of the mobile company a deposit of Rs. 3000 has also been given to enhance the credit limit along with a written letter. However, credit limit has not been enhanced. To port the mobile number to a different company mobile company requires the request to be made from the email id existed in their record.
Mobile company has created an infinite situation which is resulting into waste of considerable effort and money and the company is subject to unnecessary harassment.
