This is to bring to your notice that I have requested for the re installation of my existing Tikona connection from Bandra to Khar (my existing place of residence) on Saturday, 21st July, 2012. My Subscribers ID is 1106053811.
Since that day I have been following incessantly with the Billing team but the job has still not been done. Everyday I get a standard answer – “It will surely be done today.” No one called, no one came.
Firstly the call center team is highly unprofessional. They yawn while on calls, put the customer on mute several times and make false promises everyday. This kind of behavior from a Service provider is highly unacceptable.
