i have joined aegis as csa in 26 june 2012 in SSTL U.P PROCESS,I have worked from 26 june till 21th july after that i have moved from up sstl to rajsthan sstl process by operation team and i am working till date.and i could not received my salary.then i asked my TL GAJENDAR So he replied me that by mistake your attendance was not marked after 21th july.and he did not give me proper response and ignore me again and again i have asked about 4 days but he did not give me any proper response.i m new joine so i do not aware any HR team.so i contact to PROCESS MANAGER so he replied me he will talk with my team leader for this matter then next day again i asked my team leader for my salary issue so he ask me for resignation for the company and told me rest of 20 days salary was credit on your account in next 40 days.but this is not my mistake so why should i suffer and resign.this is all mistake by MY TEAM LEADER. I want continue with my current job and i want remaining payment . SO PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT CAN I DO ?
