Harassment by service centre regarding mobile repairing

Dear Sir/Madam

I am an unfortunate and a poor user of Sony Ericsson Mobile phone who is being harassed by your service center S.C.O -23, Sector-18-D in Chandigarh, India.

I will request you to please help me.

“I have purchased one Sony Ericsson K330 on 14th Nov. 2009 from Electro Pacific S.C.O-1024, Sector-22-B,Chandigarh for Rs. 2600. All my friends were insisting that I should go for a NOKIA if I am spending that much but still I trusted Sony and invested in that. But after the painful experience, I think they were right. Even they have the right to tease me and they do.

My handset started giving problem like Battery Backup. I deposited the handset in your service center S.C.O-23, Sector-18-D,Chandigarh on 20/Sept/2010 vide work order no. SE310RTC15936. When I went to the service center for collection of my mobile the service centre employees said that set could not be repaired. Today, its_27, September ,2010 and i am still being told that i have to wait for another 20 days. What sort of nonsense is this?

I am left with no option and choice except to speak to higher authorities like you and update you regarding the Harassment done to me by your service centre.

I will request you to immediately look into the matter and I will like you to help me and take necessary action against your engineers of service centre.
