MTS provided post paid wireless broadband service of no:8459227972 and account no:241000033730.
last payment was paid by me on 31/5/2012. this cheque got cleared from my account no.1467000100102332 of PNB Gk-2 new delhi-110048.
MTS had terminated my services before the payment of this bill. my repeated request of restarting the service was of no avail. one of the complaint number with the company is c-1247640547.
after a month they started pressurising me to pay a bill of Rs.1600 without giving any services after 23/5/2012.when my credit limit with MTS was only rs.1000.
but on 23/4/2013 they have called me and said that a legal notice has been sent in my name to make a payment of Rs.1600 or so.
IS IT A RULE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES WE HAVE’NT BEEN PROVIDED.
please help me as i am a middle class man not knowing the rules properly and stop MTS from harassing me and cheating me.
