Harassment by Airtel Company for Broadband Billing and Plans

I am having Airtel broadband connection since a year. I was having Solo 6 GB plan with monthly rental of Rs. 749. The company had launched a new plan in March 2012 namely Airtel 599 Combo DSL Plan with 8 GB usage. I was interested in that plan and request customer care to change my Solo 6 GB plan to 599 Combo DSL Plan. Later Airtel staff had contacted me, came to my home, activated the new plan account, provide me new account number/landline number details and told me now onwards I will be billed as per new plan. I am using new plan since 3 months and paid all the bills till today; i.e April, May and June. I had also paid last bill of previous plan before the new plan. But Airtel is now charging me more than Rs 2000 for the due bill of the old plan for last three months. It means Airtel is charging me two bills one with old plan and second with new plan. I told thousand times to different people of Airtel regarding this but no response from them. They have stopped my internet connection since one week despite I had paid all the bills till today and no one is addressing this complain. They are saying I have to pay two bills for April, May and June. Pls help me on this matter.
