Dear Sir,
I, Shweta Pandey (mobile no 9818808473) am getting threatening calls from Airtel’s collection center based in Gurgaon from Mr. Ashwini for payment of bill of 8700/ as per my communication with the customer care executive Ms Shruti where I had informed her about my request of stopping the internet service activated on my number since April without being used till nov 2012 on 12 dec when my bill amount was 2000/. But the service continued after my repeated request and communication to the customer care till 29th Dec. On Jan 2013 I was told by Mr Shruti to pay an amount of 2300/ where I agreed to do it with just an intimation of a mail. But I didnt receive any mail and now getting threatening mails from Mr ashwani of either paying the bill or they will be filing a complaint against us for the same. Please help us in this regards
