I had ordered a shoe on BESTYLISH.com on 19th July, 2012 and paid the amount online. On calling the site on 21st July, I was informed by the customer care exec. that my product is ready and will be shipped on the next day. On verifying it on 23rd July, 2012 (today), I was informed that my order has been cancelled due to failure of the product in quality check. My complaint is that why have I not been informed about the cancellation, when will my money be refunded, why is the cancellation status not showing in the website and why do the company sell such products which fail in quality?
