Dear Concerned
I have been harassed by broadband company ” CONNECT” since 11 months and this time they have crossed the line. I had this connection year back but due to very poor service and back to back complaints discontinued their connection but they posed unnecessary bill amount of Rs 3000 via different fake calls of advocates and police. I paid the same of which I am also having the receipt but they didn’t provided me with NOC. Now again they are doing threatening calls and demanding money again. please take strict action against them.
Also, note that I have all the proofs with me (Complaint emails, receipt of payment and call details)
