I am a 76yrs old person living with my wife in a flat which I possessed 18 months ago after making payment of Rs 5,90,000 out of Rs 7,90,000. Agreement was extended two times because the owner(One of the land owner) told us that there is some technical misunderstanding with the promoter which ends very soon. Then in february-2013, Promoter lodge allegation against the owner in consumer court. Actually the owner had already taken Rs.2,50,000 from the promoter against his property before making agreement with me. Now he try to kick out me from the flat by doing different type of harassment like disconnection of electricity, throwing slang etc. I am also very sick and can not go here and there. Feeling very helpless. What should I do ?
