Hi My name is Nisha i would like to lodge a complaint against the Barclays Finance Bank ,
My father had taken a loan from them and he was paying the same but due to some financial issue we could not settle as the interest charges are very high and know the bank has handed over the recorvy to some agency , and for which my father had done the settlemnt also with them of 80000/- but we had asked for the letter which they did not provide ,
I am marrierd know and they are calling at my inlaws place and harresing them and my husband and me , wherein the loan is taken by my father and i am not his nominee neither my inlaws nor my husband , we had lodged a police complain also, but it didnt happen much over it.
would require the help from consumer forum .
