DEAR SIR/MADAM,

LAST MONTH ON THE 21ST JUNE MY FATHER PASSED AWAY DUE TO CARDIAC HEART FAILURE.
CONSIDERING IT MY DUTY I DECIDED TO SETTLE ALL THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT BEFORE CLOSING THE CARD. I MADE A CALL TO THE HDFC BANK AND THEY AGREED.
SUDDENLY THEY STARTED SHOWING URGENCY AND STARTED CALLING ME AT ODD HOURS
EVERYDAY.
EVEN ON SUNDAYS THEY CALLED FOR THE SAME ISSUE.
THEY SENT THE LETTER ON SATURDAY EVENING ON 28TH JUNE ( 2 DAYS BACK ) AND EVEN WASTED A LOT OF MY TIME YESTERDAY BY FORCING ME TO PAY.
ALL LIMITS WERE CROSSED WHEN A PERSON NAMED “SURYA PRAKASH” FROM HDFC BANK ANSALS PLAZA, RAJOURI GARDEN CALLED ME TODAY MORNING WHEN I WAS DRIVING TO MY OFFICE..
I TOLD HIM TO CALL ME IN THE AFTERNOON AS ITS A MONDAY AND I AM DRIVING BUT INSPITE OF THAT HE CALLED ME SOME 20 TIMES, USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND LITERALLY BLACK-MAILED ME THAT HE WILL CALL REPEATEDLY AT MY MOBILE AND ALSO AT HOME NUMBER TILL THE TIME I PAY UP.
HE EVEN SAID THAT I SHOULD MAKE A PAYMENT IN CASH ONLY AND THAT TOO TODAY..
THATS A DISGRACE ON THE PART OF HDFC AS WE HAD SUCH A NEAT HISTORY ON THIS CREDIT CARD BUT STILL THEY HARASS US LIKE THIS.
I AM NOT GOING TO LEAVE THEM AND WILL TEACH THEM A LESSON IN MORALS, MANNERS, PRINCIPALS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY IN HUMANITY.
