Harassing Mentally by sending the court notices

Name of company/service: TATA INDICOM

During Month of August 2010 I had raised cancellation request for my Broadband connection of A/C No 977269368.
I had requested them to deactivate the above account on 23 august 2010 by e-mail mentioning that my son’s exam are due shortly.
The tata indicom had also collected the modem and wire line provided by them in month of September 2010 .After doing so the company lodged complaint including notice of recovery of dues .They are telling us to pay the dues for what we never used .
1. The company activated our plan automatically without informing us by mail or calling.
2. When we called their agent first for connecting the connection he first collected the cheque from us and he waited for connecting the connection until the chque is cleared from bank.
3. The connection was disconnected immidietly after the mail
4.they send us the mail which apologising to me for the inconvenience caused to me on 18 nov 2011
5.now we had received the loknyayalay notice dated 29 may 2012 to pay dues .
5. I requested to hon. consumer court that solve this matter as early as possible.
6. the way they are responding to us is in very rude and offensive manner ,we requested to court that please take immediate action against them
