Harassing by making false calls by Tikona ISP

Hi,

Tikona is harassing me by making falsified calls in name of Tis hazari court, even though I have cleared my all bills. Even though I raised a request for disconnection twice yet they took a whole month to terminate the connection and are sending me bill for that period and are now threatening me to make payment even though i have opened a complaint with the company for this wrong bill.
