I had changed my Mobile Operator from Reliance to Vodafone for better coverage & 3G speed.
On Thursday evening i got a message stating that i have to submit the Document as my document is in pending state.
I went to Vodafone Mini Store on Friday Evening to submit the document, they told that they will not accept the document. i have to go to the Vodafone store to submit the same. I went to the vodafone store the next day i.e. Saturday 18th August, 2012 @ Lakha Building, BJ Patel Road, Malad (West). They told me that there system is not working i shld go & submit the doc @ the Hypercity Mall, Malad (West). I went there also, but the system was also not working there. They told me to come on Sunday. I went on Sunday & submit the document. On Monday i received a message stating that to submit the document. I called Customer care & they told me to ignore the message. On same day around 12.00 AM my outgoing calls has been disconnected, i called customer care they told that as they had mot received the document they disconnected the outgoing call. I visited the Hypercity Vodafone store where i had submitted the document, they told that its there mistake they had not forwarded the document on Sunday itself and they had forwarded the same today i.e. Tuesday 21st August, 2012. Due to the laziness of some of the executive, my outgoing calls has been disconnected. Kindly help.
