Harassing consumer

Hi

I have gone to Nokia care on 15th March 2018 for display issue and they said part is not available. Again I went on 5th April they kept my phone for servicing and on 27th of April 2018 their manager called me and told that he will replace the phone in 3 days. Again I went on 7th of May 2018 and he is saying it will take one more week when I said this is harassment he said go raise a police Complaint I do not care.
