Dear Sir / Madam,
Me and my wife are getting calls from ICICI no. 022-28561906, 022-28563535, 8693824175, 8652127427 for recovery of credit card dues which might be issued in name of my brother. I don’t stay with my brother anymore and we are not in contacts at all and I am not aware about any card issued in his name.
The calls would be from your recovery agent which calls on my mobile number, my wife’s mobile number and also at my wife’s work place. We had repeatedly told that we are not in contact of my brother but still we are getting continuous calls and the people on the call are even abusing even after talking to them calmly. This has also forced my wife’s employer to sack her from the job and she is jobless now.
I would like to know below facts as to why we are getting calls for this.
The card was never issued in our names
The card was not utilized by us at all
We are not the guarantor for the credit card issued
Its not our liability to make the outstanding payment
Request you to do the needful at the earliest and stop such harassing calls. Me and my wife have really suffered without any fault of us.
