HARASSEMENT and PAYMENT ISSUES

Name of company/service: AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE

I am terribly annoyed and surprised by the agencies activity and the approach with me and my family. We have been harassed by them in the worst manner; after being your longest customer.

My Details:
1) Yaamini Sheth (My Mother)
2) Broadband no.: 020 – 4120 0364
3) Problem : 3 Months unpaid bill

Sir my total outstanding towards your airtel broadband was about 3000 and the reason for the outstanding is; had already deactivated the services before 3 months and since then have been using only the landline. Sir, I was never informed even once that after deactivation of the broadband if I use the no. for calling it will re activate and have to pay the entire money….. On talking to one of your customer care people in the start I was informed that calling I will have to bare normal calling rentals but never was told in the start that the entire plan will be costed….. HAVE BEEN CHEATED REALLY BADLY HEAR AND IT IS UNETHICAL. I dont remember the no. for deactivating the broadband.

Sir, I received a call on 22nd or 23rd from airtels agency and a female had spoken to my wife and wife expressed the above and later told please back later as have work maybe in 2 odd hours hear she replied “ I am not your servant nor am I free too keep calling you.” My wife told her call after 2 hours and hung up….. Within seconds received a call again saying that “how dare you hang up”, Hear I spoke to her and told “call up after 2 hours” Once again I hung up within seconds she called again. “ I told wildly please to send me a notice from court I will take the issue the otherway….

She then took up the frequent called nos. ( A Criminal and unethical activity) and told to each of them ( Yaamini Sheth bhikhari ho gayi hai aur mein aaj sham tak paisa le ke rehungi aur katori bhik ke liye bheju kya and this is our company policy to humiliate our customers in this way when they do not pay & I will see to that Yaamini Sheth pays before today evening.) to more than 15 people from this no. +91 84467 62255.

I then took up the matter with aundh airtel relationship centre where I got Mr. Praveen’s no. the agency head… his no. +91 98905 49941.
I expressed him the above he said he was sorry would make the girl call each and every no. who she has called and apologise Plus he would sack her…. I haven’t yet received any apology from her nor has the nos. dialled by her have received.

We then got a call and a mail from the airtel nodal officer where he expressed apology and told that we have to pay 4500……
I have not once used the internet during the last 4 months now and the airtel no. since last one month but still they say that we have to pay….

After insulting and degrading my image in the society and not even apologising for the illworks off theres…..
