NOT HAPPY WITH ANNOYING RESPONSE OF CANARA BANK

Dear sir/mam,
I drop the cheque in drop box in canara bank (nehru place) on 26 july 2014 but still not received the amount whereas i tried very hard even many time went there and also called bank manager that why it is taking so much time ,the bank did the mistake they by mistake deposited money on some other account.please its a request that help me, i m very upset with bank response.
