Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a HTC One V handset from a distributor-Sangeetha Mobiles in Belgaum Karnataka on July 25th June-12. But on 14th July-12, the Handset got dead & stopped working and I took it to the authorised service centre in pune on 16th July-12. They told me that the handset cannot be replaced and it will take more than 25 days to repair. the cost of the handset is Rs.18,640. Later they told me that the motherboard & battery has been damaged and should be replaced.
I had sent a mail to distributor-Sangeetha Mobiles but they said we cant give box piece replacement and said you have to use the repaired cell.
I didnt get any possitive result form the dealer as well as the OEM.
Please I want justice for this complain rasied.
