Name of company/service: Samsung handset
samsung company has given the commitment that the handset will be work for 4 hrs continus talktime but hand set does not work for more then 3 hrs for talk time and without usage handset will work for 18 days
but handset does not work for more then 10 day without any usage .. already hand set shown in service center but they want to say that handset battery is ok as the handset was under observation in service center for 2 days.
