Hi. i just buyed a new lenovo laptop but within 15 days its battery went dead.it has became just a crap of no use. i logged a complaint for this at the lenovo helpline on 8th of august so as per their saying it was to be resolved in 3-5 days when i again called upon them after 5 days for no reply of theirs for knowing my complaint status they again said me to wait for two days still after 2 days there wasn’t any reply from them again after 3 days i called and they are asking me to wait for 6-7 days..!!! it has already been 10 days since i logged a complaint n they are still asking me to wait for 7 days more. They are not even providing me an alternative for battery till my problem gets resolved.Please help me out sorting this problem..!!
