Had taken more money than billed Value.

I had purchased online a Car audio system (Alpine CDE-W235EBT) from site vicky.in for which i had paid Rupees 12,990 (Twelve thousands nine hundreds and ninety Rupees) on dated 11/07/2013, but when product was received the billed value of the item is Rupees 9,990 (Nine thousands nine hundreds and ninety rupees) with taxes included.
i think site had taken excess money than billed amount.
