Gym X — Order No #24084

Hi,

I had placed an order on the website (www.gymxapparel.com) on the 12th of December, 2016 (more than a month back). It was order no 24084 and the product was Gains Emblem Hoodie- Admiral Blue (Armour Edition) Size S and price of Rs 1299.

The hoodie was a size smaller and I needed size M for the same. In order to get an exchange, I had sent back the hoodie to their registered address (DTDC tracking Z02741240) and it was been delivered on 22nd Dec as per tracking record online.

I was supposed to have received a call from the customer care after this, however I got no response. I tried to contact GymX customer care several times but no one received the calls. After a week or so, someone called and said that the replacement product will be shipped and that I would be receiving the same. However, I got no tracking ID or courier details for this and neither was the replacement delivered to me.

Till date, more than a month has gone by and I have still not got any response nor have any of my calls been taken nor any response received to any email. (I have emailed them twice in the last one month)
