I have purchased one automatic washing mechine (Brand Electrolux) on Oct 2011 and it was showing complaints from May 14 2012 onwards. I have done complaints thru their service center on 15-may-2012. My complaint Ref Nos are EGZB1805120055 (DTD. 18/05/12), EGZB2205120075 (DATED 22/05/12), EGZB0706120002 (DATED 07/JUN/12) and they are acknowledge my complaints to my mobile no. 9810386015 and 9811385307.
But till date they are not attent my complaint and solve this issue. I request you please take up with this company and solve this issue on priority basis.
