That brings me to the emotional stress, misbehavior and misrepresentation of facts suffered by me at the hands of your very uncivilized attitude, and absolute unprofessionalism that I came to face to face with.
I have been calling on 079 444444121/198 since last one week and a broadband connection to be taken at my workplace,Kalindi complex.
Mr.Mahesh Dangi a customer service agent promised to install the connection at my office, I followed with him given the promise of the broadband installation in 4 days. Since that day I have not been able to get in touch with him on the phone after 60 to 70 missed calls to him.
When I talked to the local service numbers above I was given a threat that airtel will never refund the money paid by me. This was not only conveyed in an abusive tone but also in a very dirty manner about a man talking in Bihari accent, he also told me that he will see to it as to how I get my money back. You can go the conversations that I had with them on 21 May 2015 in the afternoon hours. Disgusted with this response I turned to your toll free number 1800 10 30121 where mr.srinivas said he will get back to me in 4 working hours.
No response till I revived the communications today Saturday 23rd may, where I was heard my mr.ronakbhai panchal and he assured me that the money will come back to me till 6 th June.
It was an ardous uphill task that I faced from 12th may onwards where a leading broadband service provider like Bharti airtel had no control or training given to its sales staff…….. I also went on the Internet and then checked with various customer forums where I came across people who have been given rough time by your service engineers and sales staff.
It would be in your interests to see that customers are not mishandled in this rough shod manner and I also want to put it to record that I will not be taking this behavior or treatment in this passive manner.
I will talking on forums and will ensure everyone concerned knows how the ahmedabad circle of airtel treats its customer. I would not wish to deal with your company ever again.
