I am writing this mail to drag your attention to a very serious issue.
From past one month, I was in constant communication with one of (job Consultant)Times India executive Mr. Dheeraj for availing employment assistance. He scheduled some telephonic rounds of interview of mine with Company’s HR personnel (Company’s name- Biglife Rituwear). Our discussions even reached to the final level by entering into salary negotiation round. A package of Rs.3.4 lacs annually was finalized and joining in one week was promised. But all of a sudden he put a clause of advance payment and charged Rs.4648/-for his services.
He made me pay a sum of Rs. 1899 & 2749 (In two instalments) as advance fees. Considering market value of your consultancy, I and my two friends Deepak Singh & Shashikant Sen paid the amount, in expectation of great services. But after receiving the payment,Ms. Ritu,Mr.Nikunj,Mr. Rajiv,& Mr. Dheeraj declined us for placement and any associated guarantee.
Both of my friends are encountering the same issue.
I am extremely disappointed by your firm’s unsatisfactory and deceiving services. Promises made by your executive proved to be fake and I am feeling cheated, in terms of services and money both.
This is in breach of our contract as laid down by the law.
To resolve the problem I require your support regarding refund my total amount.
