Dear Friends, Do not get awestruck by the advertisement of Green garden Builders as Magic Price, Smart Home, hire assurance etc… GARDEN VALLEY HOME, BAKKALAM, DHARMASALA was started during September 2010 under hire assurance assure in anticipation of handing over. Where the project has is not still handed over and it has taken almost 32 months as on date and the apartment is waiting for Government water connection and current. Zero hire recompense provided. More over the Green garden builders has not given any amenities as promised in the beginning like badminton court; children play area, Gym, Health club etc…. There is no one who can take responsibility in their Bangalore office and people in Bangalore are rude and do not know any hospitality or handling customer. During the scheme open, the whole thing appeared great like initial ceremonial providing sweets and providing God’s Photo for attracting all. Therefore be cautious and do not mislay your hard earned money by as long as rent and EMI to the bank concurrently due to the stoppage in building and handing over. Instead go for an apparent builder by paying 400 or 500 SQF more. In Good will of Bangalore People
