Great india travels executives have cheated me. They sold me a package stating that they could give me a booking within a week of booking the package. I did know about their written terms and conditions and booking requirement before 30 days. However inspite of me repeating that, they were adamant that they could get me the booking and even got their manager to speak to me. However when I purchased the package on 3rd Aug (they had promised they would give me the booking for 11th Aug), the sales executive stopped picking my calls. Even on their verification call which came a day after, I confirmed that i was mis sold the package and I don’t need this. Depsite that they sent across the package without approval or resolving my query. I have been calling them everyday since 3rd aug and different people give me different versions on refund. Please help me get back my money as my holiday plans were all gone because of them and also they are in no mood to return the money (their TnC says clearly that customer can ask for a refund. however the customer service agent denied stating that is only for error which is no where mentioned in writing. I have many recordings of the conversation and email exchanges
