Grabhouse — Company trying to retrieve money from tenant for the fraud done by their executive

Hi Team,

I’ve staying in Vaswani reserve apartment through Grabhouse as a tenant. Initially Grabhouse had a fied representative (Siva) who used to handle all the matters of the room rent for Vaswani apartment booked through Grabhouse. The guy had all the powers and authorities to deal with the tenants end to end completely even from collecting the cash from the tenants. We had that only guy representing Grabhouse so we trusted that Guy which was pretty obvious thing. Once we made the payments to Siva in cash he cheated Grabhouse and all the tenants. Later from Grabhouse we got the info that Siva has been removed from the organization. Now Grabhouse is not accepting any deals and transaction made by us to Siva initially saying that Siva is no more with the Grabhouse. They’re trying to fill in the loss by getting as much money as they can from the tenants. I’ve all the mail communication which they started once I raised my concerns to them. Request you to kindly look into this matter as this guys are harassing me everyday regarding this matter.
